RSICC Deliberations, Viewable by the Public
View messages | chat
This is a moderated list for the day to day deliberations of Remnant Saints Inter-Continental
All RSICC members are required to be subscribed to this list either directly themselves or through
one of their counselors or appointed agents.
Guild members who wish only to participate in the most crucial matters may want to log
in and change their settings to "special alerts only"
We ask you not to use the "web only" option unless you check the page daily, which would
seem less efficient than selecting the "daily digest" option, for example.
The purpose of the "moderator" is not to censor relevant content, but rather is to keep
volume to a minimum by weeding out posts not pertinent to the entire group. If you ever feel that
something you have posted to the list should have been approved, please resubmit it with a note to
that effect. If it is once again not approved, then you may appeal your comment to another member or
group of members.
If the group should ever determine that a moderator is not acting in a way consistent with the mission
statement of the organization, then they can take measures to remove the moderator from serving
in that capacity and replace him/her with someone else.
You will need to be registered with Yahoo!Groups to use any of these online group features.
If you are not registered, or your email address with rs_public is not associated with your account,
Yahoo!Groups will walk you through the steps needed to be ready to go.
Any of the members may post polls for
the entire body, but these will not be binding on the organization unless previously agreed to be so
by the guild, and a time-frame given for the votes to be cast. The poll feature may be used by
any of the members to ascertain group agreement as to a subsequent poll being binding. The
terms of such a procedure will be set forth by the body.
Any member may post calendar items.
Any member may post bookmarks, photos,
The chat feature is also available to
all members, and may come in quite handy in some instances -- virtual group conferencing.
The group is listed in the YahooGroups directory.
Membership is closed (by invitation only).
Anyone may view the message archive
Email attachments are permitted.
Let us know if you think any of these settings out to be changed.
