Pay Scale to Compensate RSICC Raisers of Funds and Awareness

*Approved by RSICC Mar. 25, 2002

This scale may be adjusted up or down as needed.  We don't want to under pay, and we don't want to over pay.  Productivity will be rewarded.

The following scale is based on a one-hour period.  A recommended pay period for calculating averages is 25 hours.

logarithmic scale calculations as follows:

a = hourly rate
i = (a - 6) / 2  when base rate = 6
k = (a - 12) / 4 when base rate = 48

from $6 to $12/hr; $ raised = 2i x base
[base = 6]

from $12 to $23/hr; $ raised = 2k x base
[base = 48]

from $24/hr on; flat 7.1% of $ raised.
