========BEGIN VOTE RESULTS========

KEY: "guild member" = member of Remnant Saints Inter-Continental Congress

I. THREE LEVELS OF ACTIVITY; MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENTS

There shall be three general levels of activity within the guild (read below):
[5] Yes
[0] No

A. Honorary member:

(1) Brings dignity to the organization by virtue of the work done in their
particular area of specialty, devoting essentially a full-time effort to
their particular ministry and/or organization(s), having made a
distinguished name for themselves among patriots in doing so.
[5] Yes
[0] No

(2) Has full voting rights as a guild member, but rarely, if ever is able to
take the time to participate in any guild votes. That is okay because of
reason (1) above.
[5] Yes
[0] No

(3) Will need to assent to the following in order to be accepted as a guild
member:

    a. Mission Statement of Remnant Saints Inter-Continental Congress.
www.remnantsaints.com/InterContinentalCongress/MissionStatement/
(guild mission statement is currently under review; vote pending)
    [5] Yes
    [0] No

The guild mission statement should include reference to:

        i. Endorsement of the Mission Statement of Remnant
Saints International Patriot Alliance
http://www.patriotalliance.com/MissionStatement/
        [5] Yes
        [0] No

ii. Endorsement of the 16 Principles of Unification

        [4] Yes
        [1] No

iii. Uphold in spirit and practice the principles of free-will consecration http://www.remnantsaints.com/Consecration/

        [0] No

    b. General agreement with the guild's definition of the
meaning of "saint"
http://www.remnantsaints.com/definitions/saint.htm
    [4] Yes
    [0] No
Comment: [BUT I don't like the term "general". It leaves the door wide open. There are those of us which feel the definition is already too wide.]

    c. Be aware of our encouragement that all guild members
be involved in a local branch of patriot saints, and perhaps
allow us to list them as a local contact point in their area.

    [5] Yes
    [0] No

    d. General agreement with the Declaration of Principles (Platform) (once the document has been voted on but the guild. It is still in first draft phase).
http://www.patriotalliance.com/Platform/
    [3] Yes
    [0] No

(4) Be subscribed to the following, to stay apprised of important votes,
developments and results. They can set their subscription options

    a. rs_admin@yahoogroups.com for private discussion of guild matters.
    [4] Yes
    [1] No

    b. rs_public@yahoogroups.com for public discussion of guild matters.
    [5] Yes
    [0] No

    c. rssa@yahoogroups.com for receiving special alerts of news developments that have a large impact on freedom. This list is the current version of what will grow into an emergency communications network of patriot leaders.
    [5] Yes
    [0] No

    d. (note) Rather than receive every message sent through this list, the honorary member need only be apprised generally of key votes and developments to stay abreast of what we are doing. To do this, they should be subscribed with at least the following setting:
[4]* web only (with 2/month automatic reminder to check in)
[0] web only (receiving an automatic reminder to check in once month)
[1] "special notices only" subscription option (around one/day on average)

(5) On rare occasion, the guild may decide that a certain mission-altering vote is mandatory for all guild members, including honorary members, to participate in or at least acknowledge they are aware of the vote.
[4] Yes
[1] No

(6) Honorary members shall be required to pay the monthly guild membership fee.
[3] Yes
[2] No
[NOTE: the question of membership fees is still being voted on.]

B. Active Member, is similar to the honorary member with the following differences.

(1) They bring honor to the organization through their active participation in its development.
[5] Yes
[0] No

(2) They can be subscribed to rs_admin and rs_public as "special notices only" or even "web only" (checking in online regularly) as long as they weigh in on KEY votes (labeled "important" or "very important") . . .
[5]. . . most of the time.
[0]. . . about half of the time.
[0]. . . some of the time, e.g. ~25%.

C. Facilitator: is similar to the Active Member with the following differences.

(1) In addition to being involved in most every vote and discussion, he or she TAKES PROACTIVE INITIATIVE in soliciting new members, developing guild policy, creating ballots on relevant guild issues, promoting the organization to like-minded individuals and organizations, gladly helping with numerous guild tasks such as web maintenance, vote processing, donation solicitation, fostering patriot saints branch involvement and development, etc.
[5] Yes
[0] No

(2) Would do this whether or not he or she is compensated for his or her time, even though it may consume most of their day and pull them away from other activities that could produce compensation to meet their financial obligations. As such, they are candidates to receive full or part-time compensation as approved by the guild.
[4] Yes
[1] No
