Preparing for First Election of Branch Coordinator in Local Patriot Saints Branches; as Well as Election of Branch Representation at RSICC

Each member of RSICC is strongly encouraged to be part of a local branch of Patriot Saints.  Inasmuch as Patriot Saints is a new organization, at this time it is also necessary to help initiate the formal establishment of a local branch, including adopting a mission statement, electing a branch coordinator, and ratifying representation to RSICC.

Preface Note

It is important that you be quite selective in this first phase.  Involve only those who are known friends of the cause.  The branch can expand and even advertise locally once it become established.

Steps and Resources

  • Pull together a list of individuals from your local area who might be interested in being numbered as part of your local Patriot Saints branch.
  • Have the Patriot Saints webmaster (contact ) post a branch home page for your branch.  Click here for sample page to adapt to your local situation.
  • Adapt the form invitation letter to suit your local situation.  Select dates and locations to hold introductory and follow-up meetings.  Send amended invitation letter to Patriot Saints webmaster to post to your branch home page.  [Copy and paste the page minus the borders into an email message (rich text/HTML format) and edit then send to webmaster@patriotsaints.com .]
  • Have the Patriot Saints webmaster (webmaster@patriotsaints.com ) create a password protected page for an online listing of individuals you are tentative inviting to participate in your local branch.  Click here for sample template page to complete with your local information.
  • Send out the invitations.  Have those whom you invite also invite others they might know of.  Use email, phone, postal service to contact the individuals you think might be interested.
  • Whether there are just two people or two hundred who respond to the invitation, hold your introductory meeting, adopt a mission statement, elect a branch coordinator, and approve a representative to RSICC.  This process might span two or three months.
