NOTES: No other nominations were put forth for either of these positions. Sterling Allan served as
the presiding facilitator during the founding stage of RSICC, which was a temporary position,
intended to be voted upon officially after the organization was founded, which took place on Dec.
31, 2002. The position of vice facilitator is a new position; and will be followed by additional
assistants as the organization grows.
